USB-C to Serial cable, RJ45 presentation for direct connection to Cisco and other network equipment serial console ports. 180cm (6 feet).
For use directly with your Mac or Win PC as direct serial cable. Does NOT work with new 2018 iPad Pro that has USB-C port. For serial connectivity with iPad or iPhone please use Airconsole LE or Airconsole XL for BT or WIFI serial ports to iPad.
The RJ45 connector can also be adapted to DB9 via RJ45-to-DB9 adaptors also available in this store.
This USB-C cable has an embedded FTDI 232RL or FTDI 231X and RS232 level shifter to produce true RS232 levels. Download drivers for Mac OSX v10.7 here as well as most Linux distributions. Win7/8 Drivers available.
